How can I purchase the skincare system if I live outside the United States?
Currently, we ship internationally to Australia, UK, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada and Mexico. Please contact assistant@TheSpaDr.com for international shipping options and pricing if you live in another country.
Is this for sensitive skin types?
The Spa Dr.’s Daily Essentials is made of non-toxic and natural ingredients. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients. The system works well for most people with sensitive skin, but everyone is different. We suggest trying the products on a small area of the inside of your wrist and watching for any skin reaction for 24 hours before applying to your face. Then, you can try another spot test just below your jawline.
Where was the line manufactured and formulated?
It was manufactured in the United Kingdom by European Union standards, which are higher than United States FDA skincare standards.
Is animal testing used?
No, we do not use any animal testing with our products.
Do the products contain animal ingredients?
No. All ingredients are vegan and do not contain any animal ingredients
When will I see results?
Everyone is unique, so timing of results will vary from person to person. Many people report smoother skin within 3 to 7 days. For blemishes and signs of premature aging, most people see results within 4 to 6 weeks.
Are there parabens in The Spa Dr. products?
The Spa Dr. skincare are formulated without parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, animal by-products, phthalates, GMOs, silicone, or triclosan.
Are the ingredients natural, non-GMO or organic?
The Spa Dr.’s Daily Essentials are natural, non-toxic, non-GMO and mostly organic. The Gentle Cleanser is 68% organic, Antioxidant Serum 92% organic, Enriched Moisturizer 82% organic, and Glow Boost 99% organic
Are your products “alcohol free”?
The Spa Dr.’s Daily Essentials does not contain any ethyl or denatured alcohols, which are damaging to the skin. Step #3 RENEW contains cetyl alcohol, which is completely different from the aforementioned alcohol and is non-toxic.
Are the products gluten-free and soy-free?
Yes. All our products are gluten-free and soy-free.
Are the products non-comedogenic (non-pore clogging)?
Yes. Our products are non-comedogenic.
Do the products contain fragrance?
No. Our products do not contain synthetic fragrance. They are naturally scented with 100% pure natural steam distilled/cold-pressed essential oils.
Where are The Spa Dr.’s Daily Essentials sold?
At this time, we are only selling online at Store.TheSpaDr.com.
Do your products expire?
The Spa Dr.’s Daily Essentials have a 2 year shelf life. Once the product is open it will last for 12 months.
Are there ingredients that are not included on the website or packaging?
No. Our products are 100% clean and we have nothing to hide, so all of our ingredients are listed on our website and the skincare boxes.
What is the pH of the skincare?
Steps 1, 2 and 3 have a pH between 4.6 and 5, so they are mildly acidic just as nature intended our skin to be. Step 4 is an oil blend and does not have a pH because water is not present.
What are the ingredients listed as Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol and Citral?
The Spa Dr. adheres to the European Union’s strict cosmetic guidelines by listing 'potential' allergens in our pure essential oils. These constituents are present in minuscule amounts and remain well within the EU’s acceptable limits. Listing them is helpful for anyone who has these particular sensitivities, so any individual can readily identify if they need to avoid these components from pure, natural essential oils.

Does the cleanser really work to remove makeup?
Yes, CLEAR (Step 1) is a gentle cleanser. It removes makeup, including mascara, easily. We suggest using a warm wet washcloth to effectively remove the cleanser along with makeup.
In what order should I use the products?
Step #1 is CLEAR. This Gentle Cleanser is activated by water to remove makeup and impurities from the skin.
Step # 2 is NOURISH. This Antioxidant Serum contains antioxidants and other natural ingredients that instantly hydrate and nourish.
Step #3 is RENEW. This Enriched Moisturizer keeps your skin healthy, protected and silky smooth.
Step #4 is ENHANCE. Our Glow Boost is the perfect finishing touch.
How often should I use the skincare system?
For the best results, use all four steps twice daily - once in the morning and then again at night.

Does The Spa Dr. offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! At The Spa Dr. we want you to be completely satisfied as we hold our products to the highest standards. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with any of our products, simply contact us within 30 days from the ship date, let us know what the issue was, and we will process a refund to your credit card, or exchange the product for an alternative item.

Our convenient "Subscribe and Save" program is the best way to make sure you never run out of your daily essentials. Plus, you save on every order. It doesn't get better than convenience and savings.
Of course you can always change dates, order cycles, or cancel your subscription at any time.
