How To Use
The Step 1: CLEAR & REFRESH Facial Cleanser is activated by water to remove makeup and impurities from the skin. (75ml e 2.536 US Fl.Oz.)
Our cleanser is water-activated and doesn't disrupt the skin's natural oils while effectively cleansing.
To maximize its benefits:
- Apply 5-6 pumps on damp skin.
- Use our konjac facial sponge or a soft wet washcloth to gently massage skin and activate the cleansing action.
- Rinse with warm water.
Tip: Repeat these steps to remove missed makeup and impurities and allow for a more thorough cleanse.
For best results use morning and evening.
Note: After cleansing, your skin will feel hydrated. While you may be used to a squeaky clean feel after using foamy cleansers, they’ve likely been stripping your skin. Follow the tips above and watch our cleanser do its magic.

The Spa Dr.®’s skincare products have a 2 year shelf life. Once the product is open it will last for 12 months. For all supplements, there is an expiration date on the bottle.

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with any of our products, simply contact us within 30 days from the ship date, let us know what the issue was, and we will process a refund to your credit card, or exchange the product for an alternative item.

Does the Cleanser really work to remove makeup?
Yes, CLEAR (Step 1) is a gentle cleanser. It removes makeup, including mascara, easily. We suggest using our Konjac Facial sponge or a warm wet washcloth to effectively remove the cleanser along with makeup.

Too expensive. I’ve tried the full line and find only the cleanser worth the price. There are other clean, high quality serums and creams on the market that meet my expectations at 1/2 the cost of your line. The cleanser is another story. I haven’t found a cleanser that is clean and works as well as yours without stripping my face. I’ll continue to buy your facial cleanser until I can find a cheaper, equally as effective alternative. I value quality + I can’t afford to pay $100+ per month for facial care.
